KahiyoAccount deletion
Leave cleanly.
You can permanently delete a Kahiyo account inside the Android app.
Delete in the app
- Open Profile.
- Tap अकाउंट हटाएँ.
- Read the confirmation and tap हाँ, हटाएँ.
The deletion is processed immediately and signs the device out.
If you cannot open the app
Email us from an address you can access. Include the phone number used for the Kahiyo account and write “Kahiyo account deletion” in the subject. We may ask you to verify control of the phone number before deletion.
What is deleted
Your phone authentication record, profile and display name, saved shows, watch progress, likes, comments, reports and blocks are deleted. Aggregated or de-identified analytics and limited security logs may remain where they can no longer identify your account.
